Open Question: can a car with 400,000 miles go on a trip to Idaho that is 588 miles round trip?

I live In Salt Lake city, UT and my boyfriend lives in St. Anthony, ID. My uncle gave me a 92 Honda Accord that has nearly 400,000 miles and I want to know if It will be okay on the trip.
